Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in Event'25. By registering or participating, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Registration and Participation

  • Students must register before the event day. On-spot entry is not permitted.

  • Participants must review and adhere to event-specific rules.

  • All participants are responsible for ensuring their availability and avoiding schedule conflicts.

  • For group activities, all team members must be present; entry will be denied if any member is absent.

Event Details

  • All events are free of charge. No payments are required.

  • Schedules are subject to change, and participants must stay updated.

  • Participants are expected to adhere to event timings.

  • Organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel events if necessary.

Google Authentication

  • We use Google Sign-In for authentication purposes to provide you with a secure and convenient login experience.

  • By using Google Sign-In, you authorize us to access your Google account information in accordance with Google's Terms of Service.

  • We request access only to information that is necessary for authentication and registration (name, email, profile picture).

  • You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account settings.

Data Usage and Protection

  • Information obtained through Google authentication is used solely for user identification, event registration, and communication purposes.

  • We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

  • We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties.

Google API Services User Data Policy

  • Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • We only request access to the data that is necessary for the purposes disclosed to you.

  • We provide a method for you to revoke our access to your data and request deletion of your information.

  • We maintain reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect user data obtained through Google APIs.

Important Notes

  • Participants should arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled event time.

  • Any form of misconduct or rule violation may result in disqualification.

  • By participating, you grant the event organizers the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes.

  • We may transfer information to trusted third parties to help us provide services to you, but only with your explicit consent.

  • You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us.

Agreement

By registering for or participating in Event'25, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, including our use of Google authentication as described above. If you do not agree, please refrain from participating.
